Gratitude has been shown to positively affect our mental, physical and social well-being. This, in turn, enhances our work life, relationships, and self-compassion. As we extend our gratitude and appreciation out to other people, we come to realize that our well-being is so often interdependent with others. Our common humanity links us with the world around.
In this one day workshop, the learning objectives are:
Introduction to the basics of mindfulness
The core of common humanity
How appreciation of others keep us connected
The benefits of a gratitude practice
How to establish a daily gratitude practice
